As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of assigned accounts and provide issue resolution including customer relations, problem solving, account development and timely follow-up. You’ll monitor the customer throughput (sales, service, and customer satisfaction), ensure customer inquiries and requests are responded to, and become a trusted advisor for strategic sales support. This account executive position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, and an aptitude for problem solving. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, or one year of specialized experience in business development and customer service.
