As an Account Representative, you will be the face of Expoint and will have the responsibility to create and maintain beneficial relationships with customers. Your job duties will involve understanding client needs, providing them with comprehensive information about Expoint’s products and services, resolving any customer service issues, and promoting new offerings. You will be the main point of contact for customers, so excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will be essential for success.
Responsibilities for this role include gathering and interpreting data about customers, consulting with clients to clearly understand their needs, and developing strategies to ensure their satisfaction. You will also develop knowledge of our products in order to effectively manage customer inquiries and suggest suitable solutions, as well as introduce them to new offers. Building loyalty with existing customers, as well as engaging new ones, is an important part of your role.
