- Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst¬
- Expected joining date: Immediate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis, requirement analysis for enhancements.
- Investigate Varicent issues reported and provide fix as necessary.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, external teams like Varicent support for base issues.
- Improve existing software.
- Develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
Skills and attributes for success
- 2+ years’ experience in configuring Varicent’s Sales and Performance Management suite
- Commission and compensations configuration experience for life insurance and annuities products
- Familiarity with SPM batch setup, underlying data model, and integrations
- Understanding of software design principles
- Experience with React, Redux, .NET, and TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs and single-page applications
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
- Experience in data analysis and report building using Varicent or similar tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
- Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Strong in following technologies (minimum 1-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
