The opportunity
- CRM FSC (Salesforce Financial Sales Cloud) Application Support Analyst
- Expected joining date: Immediate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis, requirement analysis for enhancements.
- Investigate CRM FSC issues reported and provide fix as necessary.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, external teams like CRM for L4 support.
- Improve existing software.
- Develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
Skills and attributes for success
- Atleast 1 year experience in the FSC configuration, including data model, rules, hierarchy and relationship
- 1+ years’ experience in FSC support and maintenance
- Experience in sales roles, profiles, and permissions setup for insurance CRM
- Knowledge and experience in communities
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning components, FSC architecture
- Experience in integrating third-party applications, and providing insights through analytics in the insurance
- Financial Sales Cloud certification
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
- Should have willingness to get trained on new technology and provide necessary support.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Strong in following technologies (minimum 1-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
- 1+ years’ experience in FSC Configuration including data model, rules, hierarchy and relationship
- Experience in support and maintenance
- Experience in Sales roles, profiles and permissions setup for insurance CRM
- Familiar to Apex, Lightning components, FSC architecture
- Experience in integrating third-party applications
- Experience in communities
