As the SlackInnovation Product Lead, you will play a key role in the Customer zero narrative, You will lead our Strategic Slack initiatives across Lead to Cash domains focusing on both quick win and long term innovation leveraging Slack, Sales cloud and agents.


Responsibilities
As a product lead on the Slack Product Innovation Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Optimize Slack experiences for the assigned business domain.
  • Maintaining Product Roadmap to visually represents what will be built and when it will be delivered and how it supports organization transformation for the customer 0
  • Driving execution of key pre-GA product features.Responsible for rollouts of OOTB tools/features (FNE/Project dependent). Enhance sales cloud/Slack integration to improve seller productivity and reduce platform noise. Document business cases, functional design documents and test cases/plan and lead UAT
  • Understand Customer Zero Needs by engaging with internal customers to understand their requirements, analyze usage trends, and identify potential areas for product improvement or innovation. Architect scalable processes that maximize Slack platform capabilities. Ensure seamless alignment between collaboration tools and business objectives
  • Prioritize features and define requirements by defining and prioritizing features based on customer needs, business goals, and the product roadmap.Consult/Drive risk assessment reviews (compliance, sec, worker councils). Align and co-build with domain leads/BAs for org62/OrgSF rollouts
  • Analyze product performance and usage: Ability to track key metrics, such as product usage and customer adoption, to understand how the product is performing and identify areas for improvement.Partner with DET( IT) & Change management on rollout and adoption initiatives
  • Provide Product Expertise: Serve as as the internal voice of the product, communicating its value proposition and functionality to various stakeholders.Serve as the product authority for end-to-end L2C Slack integration strategy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting sales process with technology focused on Lead to cash processes or sales strategy and operations.
  • Technology : Salesforce Platform technology skills, Slack and AI experience preferred. Proven track record of staying up to date with technology and agile learning appreciated.
  • Requirement documentation: Proven competence and ability to translate business requirements into product based solutions. Proficient in creating comprehensive product/solution supporting requirements., including Process flows, functional and business requirement documents.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Effective communication and engagement of key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization for continuous visibility and alignment. Experience managing global stakeholders and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Lead to Cash Focus: Understanding seller and/or operator needs and behaviors to tailor Slack first processes that align with customer expectations and improve the overall customer experience. Implemented customer-centric strategies leading to positive feedback from sellers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven track record of being able to make informed decisions based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Slack first business processes. Track record of using data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven track record of being able to critically evaluate information, identify patterns, and analyze data to make informed business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address challenges or bottlenecks while envisioning a Slack first process to support transformation goals and propose effective solutions. Prior experience on automation and collaboration solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Bringing fresh technology led perspectives to support our process and policy experts streamline and optimize to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Led initiatives resulting in a measured seller productivity or ACV/Pipe generation initiatives.
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
