2026 Software Engineering Rotation Program of Client Soultions Group

cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals,

as part of our Client Solutions Group (CSG) Engineering Rotation Program in Taipei to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

The Engineering Rotation Program providesa fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.

As a Software Engineer, you willour desktop/ laptop/ peripheral products.

You will:

  • culture

  • Complete the rotation program with a deeper understanding of the CSG Engineering portfolio, accelerated technicalexpertise, and the ability to align your passions to your future career atDell

  • Participate in the preparation, review and evaluation of Software/Firmware requirements andspecifications

  • Prepare design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, asneeded

  • Use defined software lifecycle

Essential Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science related fields and expect to graduate between February 2025to August 2026

  • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills thatwill make you a great collaborator in a global teamenvironment.

  • Understanding of Computer Science Foundations and basic knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Rust, C, C++, Java, or Golang

  • Ability to code/debug moderately complex programs using either written or verbal designspecifications


Desirable Requirements

  • Internship experience in a technology related field

  • Participation in roles outside of the classroom
