We design and develop analogue as well as digital hardware products – not just computer or network hardware devices but peripherals too. What you’ll achieve

As amember of Server Hardware Engineering 1-year Rotation Program,you willjoin the product development process with the team and understand the connection and relationship between system and server products. You will have chance to engage with multiple function experts to touch and learn cross function communication and leading threads.

In the 1-year program, you will rotate toteams every 4 months. The program provides you with a broader engineering view and helps you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.

You will:

• Learn to design, validate and document in Hardware projects (Electrical or Firmware Engineering)
• Learn about how Peripheral product working stand along or connection with system from design perspective then understand what-how of Dellproducts
• Contribute to the development of new features for Dell products, bringing innovative ideas into real-world applications.
• Broaden your professional experience, shift perspectives, and uncover new possibilities for your future career path.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering related fields and expect to graduate between 2025 February to 2026 December
• Preliminary understanding of Hardware (Electrical) or Firmware knowledge.
• Genuine interest in developing Dell peripheral products across multiple engineering domains: Hardware, Firmware and collaborating across functions
• Interested in joining teams and taking tasks with engineering function leaders.
• Good communication skill with fluent English and Chinese

• Capability to influence others to achieve results
