Incident Management :Identify and report issues through observation and employee feedback, implementing corrective actions and sharing outcomes with supervisors.
Employee Support :Provide guidance to both local and foreign employees regarding personnel practices, addressing any concerns or issues they may face.
Communication and Training :Conduct briefings on hostel regulations and procedures, fostering a friendly and open environment for occupants.
