Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Hiring for recruitment role.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the department.
Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing them with information about the company, job duties, and benefits.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to optimize the recruitment process.
