Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
- Prepare, review and analyze employee-related documents, reports, spreadsheets and administer changes in the HR systems of our clients
- Liaise closely with client-side HR partners and other relevant stakeholders, with fellow EY specialists to manage employee relations and workforce changes in a cross-country and cross-functional team
- Participate in process improvement, service enhancement and offerings development to ensure that our client needs are met
- Work together with EY leadership to extend the portfolio of EY for new clients
- Close cooperation with the country-specific payroll teams to ensure that the monthly payroll cycle is completed on time and accurately
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in Employee Services / Managed Services / HR Shared Services
- Proficient level of Hungarian and English, verbally and in writing
- Advanced computer skills and preferably experience in using HR systems/applications: ERP/HCM systems (e.g. Workday), HR tools and platforms, presentations in PowerPoint etc.
- Aptitude for understanding end-to-end employee processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills
- High level of empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Experience with various workforce scenarios (e.g. change in compensation structures, role relocations, complex employee queries)
- Strong attention to details, well-organized workstyle, and adherence to deadlines
- Team-player attitude, ability to work closely with local and global teams (within regular CEE working hours)
