As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for lead the sales team and ensuring targets are met. This includes delegating tasks, coaching, and mentoring the staff to ensure quality customer service. In addition to this, you will be responsible for confirming sales volumes, manage data entry, and provide reports of sales activities.

Previous experience supervising sales teams is a must, and experience in CRM systems and customer service metrics is a plus.
