Your role and responsibilities

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Requirements Analysis and Specifications Design:Translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.

Future-Ready Architecture Planning: Understand the requirements, current architecture state of the enterprise and create roadmaps for future enhancements accordingly.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

l At least 4 years or above Business Analyst or System Analyst working experience in banking/finance industry

l Consulting skills, ability to work directly with clients

l Good communication and interpersonal skills

l Fluent in Chinese reading, listening, writing, and speaking/fluent in English reading
and writing

Preferred technical and professional experience

l Strong knowledge and project experience in core-banking system

l Experience in mainstream application framework, open source packages

l Working level in English speaking
