The TV+ Media Strategist supports the team responsible for planning and execution across all media platforms globally. They lead our approach to growth media including creative assets and reporting. They have a passion for Entertainment and a deep understanding of media nuances and creative best practices by channel in order to help drive strategy and measure success.
  • At least 7 years of Global Entertainment media planning, inclusive of For Your Consideration campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge in a media planning across all channels ranging from TV (Linear and Streaming), CTV, Digital, Social, Audio (including podcasts), OOH and Search
  • Proven expertise in implementing and developing strategies for growing subscriber base and building data-driven campaigns
  • Deep knowledge with campaign performance, building action plans from insights and the ability to craft a story for various stakeholders
  • Experience in crafting learning agendas inclusive of building test frameworks, to aid in measuring business impact (A/B testing, BLS, Consumer Research, Media Mix Model, Matched Market Testing)
  • Passionate and tenacious in driving tech and media innovation. Consistent record of staying ahead and testing trends, behaviors and audiences to evolve media strategies
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with various teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure cohesive and innovative media strategies
  • Flexible and agile; ability to pivot quickly and identify when something isn’t working and provide solutions for alternative actions
  • Ability to manage to a bigger picture but also willing to roll up sleeves and dig in
