Your key responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll handle and resolve complex issues of employee relations. Teaming with the business, you’ll contribute to workforce planning activities in terms of understanding capability, skills development and talent pipeline. Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on trends and inform on solutions as needed. You’ll support the business in planning and delivery of organizational transformations as well as managing other complex projects.

Administrative & Operational Management

  • Supervise administrative operations, including office management and compliance processes.
  • Optimize office workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage administrative budgets and resource allocation.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring a well-functioning workplace

  • Ability to provide authoritative strategic guidance and advice on people-related programs and processes
  • Strong business acumen
  • An understanding of digital technology’s impact and the opportunities it creates
  • Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between the talent team strategy and business strategy
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable talent plans flowing from business strategy
  • Ability to build trusted business relationships and work virtually and across borders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
  • Ability to engage and influence others, with strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
  • Strong knowledge of HR trends, leading HR practice and talent management practices
  • Solid project management, change management and organizational skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 10-plus years of experienceof which 5 years must be in a leadership role
  • A broad knowledge of HR laws, regulations, processes and leading practices
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills
  • A proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Master’s degree
  • Professional HR certificationsuch as Society for Human Resource Management certification, (SHRM-CP), CIPD, IHRMP is a plus
  • Experience working within a professional services firm or complex matrixed environment
