- 20 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams.

- Track record in creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact within a high level of complexity.
- Record of UX leadership for high quality design accomplishments leading to significant business impact, ideally in relevant enterprise software domains.
- Strong product sensibility, with the capability to convert and drive key product innovations or opportunities within enterprise experiences.
