Payroll Coordinatorlocated inAustin, TX.
Reporting to thePayroll Coordinatorwill be responsible to coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
- Evaluates current systems - recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
- Comprehend the payroll systems, extract report as per the standard operating procedures
- Monitors and ensures the accuracy of the calculations, formulas, HC etc.
- Ensures Payroll forecasting and communicate appropriately with Treasury team
- Hold up preparation and review of accruals of Over Time, shift, Meal, Periodical bonus, Annual Wage Salary, and Holiday reports as required.
- Hold up preparation of Manual Journal vouchers
- Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
- Assist in completion of various audits for the unit hold up
- Explore automation opportunities using various tools & techniques used by the department in contribution with various IT team.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 6 - 12 months of Payroll experience
- Strong Knowledge of Finance and accounting Concepts.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and UKG, Kronos is a plus.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts to hold up business requirements.
- 100% onsite availability.
