Key job responsibilities
Plot The Course. Coordinate across Science, Engineering, Product, Business, Legal, and Finance to capture and translate requirements into an actionable platform & experimentation delivery roadmap.
Mitigate Risks. Manage cross-functional and cross-org dependencies risks, and make appropriate trade-offs weighing value vs time to marketInnovate & Deliver. Lead the effective delivery of complex software systems & tools at the intersection of rapidly evolving science, planet-scale data, and distributed engineering.Stay informed. Establish mechanisms to stay up to date on latest scientific & techincal advancements in machine learning, LLMs, agentic AI, probabilistic forecasting, and realtime multi-objective optimization techniques. Identify opportunities to apply learnings in improving the efficiency and execution of our science platform and tools

10+ years experience programming in Python, Java, C++, or related language
5+ years experience in distributed software system architecture, design, and technical engineering leadership
5+ years experience in AWS technologies
Experience leading multiple concurrent programs, projects and/or development teams in an Agile environment
