Job purpose/opportunity
- PAS Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing bespoke pricing models for the deals / pursuits support.
- She/He would leverage PAS pricing tool in assembling various data points (fees, costs and margins) across service scope and countries.
- Maintain and manage all databases around Cost rates, Forex rates, Country contacts list etc.
- Develop pricing benchmark databases – both internal and market data.
- Develop Priced at, sold at, Delivered at financial metrics and databases.
- Organize deal review meetings / calls and take notes for appropriate actions
- Support PAS pricing tool testing activities
- Support in security access management of the pricing tool, help trouble shoot tool users with access issues
- Drive and support yearly refresh activities
Skills and Attributes for Success
- An MBA or equivalent preferred
- 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in professional services
- Knowledge of EY Markets reporting, Mercury, GFIS and Engagement Economics
- Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and associated metrics
- Possess statistical or data driven and problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong MS Excel skill, Exposure to Power BI, SQL or any other visualization tools is a plus
