Key job responsibilities
• Design and establish standardized processes for identifying, evaluating, and implementing field retrofit opportunities
• Create detailed implementation plans including resource requirements, timelines, and budget forecasts
• Develop technical documentation and work instructions for field service teams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure program feasibility
• Manage retrofit kit development, including BOM creation and inventory planning
• Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to monitor program effectiveness
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning for retrofit programs
• Create and maintain communication protocols with customers regarding upgrade programs
• Develop training materials for service technicians executing retrofits

- • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field
- • Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation experience
- • Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing, Quality
- • 7+ years in product support, field service, or program management
- • Demonstrated success in process development and implementation
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional leadership

- • Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related STEM field
- • Six Sigma Black Belt
- • PMP certification
- • 10+ years experience with retrofit or product upgrade programs
- • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
- • Familiarity with technical documentation systems
- Experience with field service operations
