Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in an Employee Relations, HR generalist or similar role.
Experience in applying ER/Employment Legal advice in Ireland or across multiple EMEA countries.
Experience conducting and advising on local disciplinary and investigation processes, reorganizations and consultation exercises, performance management cases.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with works councils or unions.
Ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate difficult conversations/situations or implementing mediation strategies.
Ability to manage a set of stakeholders and influence the outcomes in a global organization.
Ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
