Manages retailer relationships, develops retailer business plan (for each sale cycle), influences and develops partner programs to drive product placement and higher market share (slots instore and online by working with sales development account manager) to grow sell though revenue.
Develops and maintains an effective strategic partnership with the retailer's teams to shape and grow demand generation, promotional opportunities, and brand advocacy programs.
Collaborates with the sales team, product groups, and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute retailer expansion programs.
Shares partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings.
Tracks competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to build and capitalize on changing opportunities.
Achieves or exceeds sales quotas and drives sales through the retail channel.
Supports go to market campaigns, presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.
Influences the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to understand all aspects of sell in proposals and joint opportunities, manage investment portfolios to drive greatest return on investment.
To establish relationship with distributors and channels including OEMs and local OEMs.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 years minimum experience in consumer electronics retail channels and/or distribution.
2. Understand marketing fundamentals.
3. Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Demonstrates results orientation, creative thinking and problem solving.
6. A team player.
7. Bachelor's degree.Preferred Qualifications:
1. PC retails experience is a plus.
2. Understand channel retail marketing.
