1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
3. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large projects and programs.
4. Demonstrated ability to create followership, and drive influence with authority.
5. Demonstrated ability in interpersonal, sales, presentation and relationship management skills
6. Demonstrated high level of business acumen relative to financial services, specifically in the consumer and small business, and premier banking segments, including the ability to balance the delivery of programs against the realities of a budget
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

1. Master's degree in a business-related field
2. Fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry
3. Completion of an established management or career development program such as the bank's Leadership Development Program or similar program
4. Sound working knowledge of industry banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems
