We’re currently looking for a, focusing on strategic partnerships withAs a Named Account Executive for Central Government, you'll work with some of the most influential public sector bodies in Norway —ministries, executive agencies, and national institutions. Your mission is to help them modernise operations, improve citizen engagement, and unlock the full potential of digital government through Salesforce technology.You will:

• Own and grow a defined portfolioof central government accounts across Norway
• Lead complex sales cycles, from discovery through to close, aligning Salesforce solutions to key strategic initiatives
• Develop trusted relationshipswith senior public sector stakeholders and decision-makers at CxO and Director level
• Co-create digital transformation programsthat drive citizen trust, transparency, and service efficiency
• Collaborate across Salesforce teams, including industry experts, Architects, Solution Engineers, and Partners
• Represent Salesforceat key public sector forums, roundtables, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record inenterprise software sales, ideally in or to central government or large public institutions
• A strong understanding of the Norwegian Central Government landscape, policy priorities, and digital transformation goals
• Experience navigatingcomplex, multi-stakeholder saleswith long sales cycles
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at executive levels
• Fluency in Norwegianand English
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for public value creation through technology
