What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with NVIDIA leadership to define and advance critical initiatives while monitoring key market trends and engaging with ecosystem partners. Identify and evaluate acquisitions, investments and strategic projects & partnerships.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation, along with thorough due diligence, to effectively support business cases.

  • Facilitate transaction execution, and manage post-transaction integration and investment portfolio companies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit colleagues to prepare and deliver presentations to business unit leaders and senior management.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience in top tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development role with focus on technology sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding ofinvestment/merger/acquisitionanalysis and related issues.

  • Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.

  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company.

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong passion for accelerated computing and artificial intelligence with knowledge about NVIDIA’s mission, products, and critical initiatives.

  • Ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment and clearly communicate/present to executive management.

  • Ability to assimilate and work with multiple business units within the company.

  • Deep understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best-practices.
