Key job responsibilities
• Experience designing user interfaces and interactions for digital experiences and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product and Program Managers, Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Digital Marketers, and Digital Strategists.
• Participate in group creative critiques with cross-functional roles.
• Present design concepts to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Design discovery—analysis of research insights, requirements gathering, and defining customer needs.
• Create design artifacts—user stories, user journeys, personas, and user flows.
• Brainstorm, sketch, and design website experiences and UI design patterns for all devices
• Design for research/testing including interactive prototypes, animatics, and/or HTML/CSS prototypes.
• Create Engineering-ready design specs including device-break point, micro-animations, soft/hard guardrails, and design system documentation.

- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Certifications in relevant fields
- Expertise in design thinking, co-creation, and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated results in designing user interfaces and interactive experiences
- Ability to adopt and apply emerging technologies to immersive experiences
- Understanding of designing for accessibility, usability, and performance
- Expertise in device-specific affordances including mobile, tablet, and desktop for web and native applications
- Demonstrated results in designing reusable components, patterns, and templates for design systems or libraries
- Expertise in designing high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Tools - Figma (required), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (preferred) Principle, Protopie, WebFlow or Framer (preferred), Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.

- 2+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- UX/UI design experience across global markets
- Micro-animation, Lottie animation, and/or motion design
- App or Product design
- HTML/CSS prototyping
- CMS (AEM, AMS, CQ)
