Support the execution of company-wide planning cycles by coordinating timelines, maintaining planning templates and tracking key deliverables
Collaborate with key internal leaders o ensure planning inputs (e.g., priorities, scope, resource needs) are collected and integrated in a structured way
Help maintain planning documentation and process guides to support consistency across teams
Assist in organizing cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and working sessions with key partners
Business Performance and Tracking:
Assist in preparing materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) at leadership level
Maintain dashboards and portfolio trackers that monitor initiative status, achievements, and risks
Partner with analytics and finance teams to compile and analyze data that informs planning cycles and improves decision making
Identify patterns or gaps in reporting to support continuous improvement
What You Will Bring
5-8 years experience in corporate planning, business operations, portfolio/program management in a technology company, or a major consulting firm required
Strong project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
A data-driven approach and comfort with tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Tableau, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with how product development and go-to-market teams operate
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing decks, portfolio reporting and trackers, and meeting notes
Proactive, team-oriented mentality with an eagerness to learn and improve processes
A systems-thinker with strong instincts for structure, process, and governance
Ability to communicate with clarity and influence without authority
Collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient in fast-paced environments
