As a Vice President Multi-Asset Specialist within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s Investments & Advice team, you will work collaboratively with regional leadership, advisory programs, and managed solutions with the goal of servicing JP Morgan Advisors and their investment teams. You need to have a broad understanding of portfolio construction, portfolio risk, and asset allocation solutions. You will develop thorough knowledge of our investment platform, for discretionary and non-discretionary advisory, as well as all available investment management solutions. Our team functions as key support for all investment product and service for our advisors.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering exceptional advisor service and driving commercial growth within the JPMA Advisory business.
- Advise, identify, and select appropriate investment solutions based on needs shared by advisor and their clients. Assist advisors with client proposals.
- Present on national and regional call series, manage communication with your assigned regional coverage areas.
- Partner with sales management with your regional leadership to provide content, increase investment flows, identifying trends and providing thought leadership throughout various market conditions.
- Occasional travel to your assigned regions will be required (likely semi-annual, depending on demand).
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investments and financial institutions
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (mandatory to obtain within 90 days)
- Knowledge of Asset Allocation and Portfolio Construction
- Passion for the markets and the ever evolving investments landscape
- Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with individuals at varying levels of the organization with different responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to execute on multiple objectives simultaneously in a demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Advisory background preferred
- Advanced credentials: CFA, CIMA, CFP (not required)
