Key job responsibilities
• Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures in line with their long-term business needs, going beyond what they say and into what they really need, and develop new solutions that best match those needs.
• Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
• Act as a thought leader playing a role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops, etc .
• Deeply understand AWS platform and architectural best practices. Also develop unique technical capability, be it specialized knowledge in a particular technical or industry domain where you will become a go-to person for both customer and your team
• As a Builder, you’ll shape the direction of our products and services through gathering

Key job responsibilities
Act as a technical liaison between customers and other teams (service engineering, support, training etc) in India and provide support, as required.A day in the life
You will start your day by preparing for an upcoming customer meeting by learning new technical concepts by trying hands-on workshops, demos and develop a deep understanding of concepts. You will meet senior customer stakeholders to understand their business challenges and discuss ideas on how to solve them. You will collaborate with AWS specialist teams, Service teams and many others to develop the right solutions for your customer or solve blockers. You will create reusable artifacts from your learnings.
- 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in a direct customer facing role including interactions with CXO level stakeholders. Experience must demonstrate projects where you have influenced CXOs to take up business or technology transformations based on your recommendations.
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
