Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a Technical Sales Engineering role in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer facing technical/engineering role.
10 years of experience selling IT solutions to federal customers.
10 years of experience in go-to-market, and leading a team.
Experience managing teams as a manager of managers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building a scalable business/pre-sales organization focused on the Federal space.
Experience establishing and maintaining the unique business infrastructure and compliant processes needed for this particular customer set.
Experience in customer engagement, building businesses/products, and business growth consistently.
Ability to lead customers through a rapid transformation that embraces innovation in AI/ML solutions within and across the US Federal government.
Ability to collaborate and drive cross-domain solutions that yield optimal outcomes and deepen relationships with customers.
Active, or the ability to obtain, a Top Secret security clearance.
