- Ensure all PRC Sites in IMG operate in a safe manner and meet all external/internal OH&S requirements.
- Manage, with the site PRC Supervisors, all personnel
- Represent IMG PRCs at a Global level
- Own and deliver PRC KPI’s
- Manage and Maintain Parts Return and Shipment within the IMG region.
- Develop and Manage an effective L2 and L3 Parts Testing and Teardown Plan on Warranty Components
- Manage Engine and Transmission Teardown process for IMG
- Develop and Manage Red Table Review (RTR) processes for IMG
- Develop and Manage a Dealer Control Strategy for IMG
- Lead the development of PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome.
- Manage IMG PRC Cost Budget
- Complete Other Assignment / Projects as required
