Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience working with recommender systems, or Machine Learning (ML) based products.
- Experience building and shipping technical consumer products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- Experience launching and scaling consumer products built on large-scale Machine Learning or Large Language Model (LLM) systems.
- Experience building software products that connect people.
- Deep understanding of multi-sided ecosystem products with creators, viewers or advertisers.
- Strong A/B testing and data driven decision making skills
