Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in hardware test development and manufacturing test engineering.
10 years of leadership experience setting organizational strategy including people management.
Experience creating and delivering manufacturing test strategies across multiple manufacturing levels, including functional and system level tests.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
Demonstrated ability to proactively influence the product design process by proposing improvements with associated data.
Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
Excellent communication and people skills, with ability to successfully influence across multiple levels of the organization including senior management.
Excellent analytical skills, tenacious problem solver, and ability to weigh risks & opportunities to desired outcomes.
