- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in hardware test development and manufacturing test engineering.
- 10 years of leadership experience setting organizational strategy including people management.
- Experience creating and delivering manufacturing test strategies across multiple manufacturing levels, including functional and system level tests.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively influence the product design process by proposing improvements with associated data.
- Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with ability to successfully influence across multiple levels of the organization including senior management.
- Excellent analytical skills, tenacious problem solver, and ability to weigh risks & opportunities to desired outcomes.
