Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region we serve.
- Address data-related queries and provide necessary assistance, contributing to key initiatives and projects.
- Participate in testing for HR enhancement projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present well to senior and global business heads.
- Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a logical thought process.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems, including HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
