Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience creating research/analytics programs through internally built tools or vendor relationships.
10 years of experience leading an applied-research team.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Management, Data Science).
12 years of experience in creating research products, in integrating qualitative, quantitative, and external data to provide impactful advice to HR and business leaders.
Experience in transforming large datasets into compelling narratives through data visualization for professional and executive presentations.
Ability to serve as a thought leader on the Future of Work, who can shape, direct, and give feedback to a technical team on data analysis and research methods.
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for the audience.
