- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of relevant human resources generalist experience in Vietnam.
Preferred qualifications:
- Additional relevant HR generalist experience in Southeast Asia countries.
- Generalist HR experience, managing employee benefits programs, HR compliance, labor relations, employee relations, and employee resources groups.
- Experience managing labor consultations.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones. Ability to work in an time-sensitive environment and to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence and drive decision making across different stakeholder.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
