Product Operations Senior Engineer

What you’ll achieve

You will work on a Cross Functional Development Team leading New Product Introductions / Sustaining Product Management for Enterprise Class products.

Responsibilities:

• Creates factory strategies/plans for Worldwide Operations based on product plans and roadmaps

• Utilizes metrics to improve newproduction/process/productquality throughout life of the program

• Ensures Operations achieves Ready to Ship Release through product development model/process

• Drives quality improvements by riskassessment/mitigationeliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier and manufacturing processes

• Communicate to executives on technical root-cause analysis, program status, deliverables and other

Essential Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field and 6-10 years in Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality and/or equivalent work experience

• Ability to drive action plans/strategies to reduce overall manufacturing transformation cost, cycle time and improve quality

• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task and program/project manage multiple projects / manufacturing related issues

• Ability to speak in Mandarin language is a MUST, as this role requires of dealing with the business core engineering team based in Taiwan and China.
