Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working in sensor testing, calibration, and validation, including automated data ingestion, processing, analysis and issue identification.
Experience in sensor technology (inertial, magnetic, optical or environmental sensors), physics, applications, and system integration design and considerations.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5 years of experience in motion sensor hardware including Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) (accelerometer/gyroscope), magnetic sensors and pressure sensors.
5 years of experience with sensor testing, calibration processes, system-level validation and failure analysis.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python/MATLAB) and software development languages (e.g., C/C++).
Knowledge of sensor technology, physics, applications, and system integration challenges in mass production quantities.
Familiarity with high volume consumer product development and manufacturing test and qualification.
