Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
4 years of experience in leadership and people management with a focus on hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.

Experience leading cross-functional projects across organizational boundaries.
Understanding of how the brand safety works for advertisers on internet platforms.
Ability to work independently and complete projects from beginning to end and in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete projects from beginning to end and in a timely manner.
Ability to navigate and influence cross-team stakeholders at executive levels.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills to clearly communicate technical concepts with multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
