Your day typically involves leading technical deep-dives, analyzing system architectures and developing solutions. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to resolve critical issues, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to improving our support documentation and processes. Your expertise in multiple focus areas allows you to drive technical solutions while maintaining high operational standards.

- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages

- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
