Responsibilities include supporting the Regional AvSec Manager and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, federal regulations, and standardized processes. The AvSec Manager performs ongoing assessments of operating risks and the development of appropriate mitigation strategies to sustain business operations, existing and future.Key job responsibilities
- Managing ambiguity through knowledge, experience and to allocate resources to meet daily goals
- Managing processes, vendor x-ray screening operators and be responsible for securing the supply chain for external fulfillment to air
- Assisting with developing the workforce to meet long-term process targets
- Supporting a team of 3rd party vendors
- Verifying compliance with security procedures and regulatory standards, physical security design standards and policies and utilize Security Management Systems (SeMS) processes for risk mitigation

- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in security or related field or 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in one or all of the following disciplines: corporate security management, transportation/supply chain security, AvSec
