Your key responsibilities
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other Operations team members on day-to-day activities.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with support teams such as Facilities, Security, Transport, Procurement, and Talent in your GDS base location.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the first level of escalation for facility, transport, and security matters at the location.
- Timely Reporting: Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports within specified deadlines.
- Leadership Support and Event Management: Assist with logistics for leadership visits and in-house events.
- Procurement Handling: Manage the procurement process for Assurance, including purchase orders, billings, and reconciliations.
- Operations and Mobility Activities: Manage both structured and ad-hoc general operations and mobility tasks.
- Crisis Management Support: Provide assistance during crisis management events, in house activities and awareness initiatives.
- Policy Knowledge and Employee Concerns: Should have basic knowledge of policies and address employee concerns.
- Confident Interaction: Interact confidently with leaders and other support teams.

Qualifications required to be eligible for the position.
- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in general operations, office administration, vendor management, or the travel industry.
