Meet the creators (designers, developers and product managers) of the apps and offer them suggestions that enhance the overall user experience of their apps.Provide sound advice on a wide range of design matters including layout, typography, information architecture, iconography, gestural behaviors, animation, UX writing, accessibility and more.Produce design content/presentations as part of our workshop events and outreach efforts.Help lead ideation exercises, prototype new concepts for larger Evangelism wide in-house products.
- 5+ years of work experience in technology, of which 3+ years in the field of interaction, visual and/or product design for Apple platforms.
- Highly proficient with modern design, prototyping and presentation tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Keynote, Principle, After Effects or similar tools.
- In-depth understanding of the Human interface guidelines and app development process.
- Hands-on experience designing for Apple platforms - iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS and/or tvOS - that have been shipped or in the making.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, Software Design Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in software engineering/app development, being able to code.
- An understanding of Apple’s technology frameworks for developers.
- Effective and influential communicator to engage all levels of partners, ranging from designers, software engineers, product managers to business decision-makers.
- Confirmed public speaking and presentation skills.
- Outstanding collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Able to focus in a dynamic, creative and fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
