What you’ll be doing:

As we grow and expand software monetization footprint, operationalization strategy and execution of software imperatives are key factors in our success. We are looking for an outstanding candidate that can drive product operations function, transform processes, define product ops strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and scale NVIDIA’s product and offer launches.

• Support go-to-market readiness with overseeing product ops function

• Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to define product attributes that drive overall ERP eco system and meet SLA-defined timeframes

• Transform product ops processes, operational efficiency with process improvements and manage Master Data Management tools

• Understand requirements, validate design and operationalize software business models

• Lead comprehensive capabilities for operational workflow automation post ordering through delivery, support, customer experience and renewals

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university

• 8+ years of prior experience in software operations

• Experience working with Master Data Management tools, quote-to-cash systems, SAP, and proficiency in IT infrastructure, entitlement, licensing and cloud provisioning technologies

• Software business domain knowledge (experience in enabling Enterprise Software products, services and business models)

• Ability to think critically and identify critical issues associated with end-to-end solutions for business use cases

• Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to strategize and operationalize processes; curiosity

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, self-starter

• Strong cross functional communication, collaboration, program management and time management/ organizational/ interpersonal skills

• Adapt quickly and go out of your comfort zone to get the job done

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in business solutions/system implementation in the areas of Licensing, Entitlement Management,Subscriptions/Billing,

• Background in Cloud Operations and Enterprise SaaS/XaaS, Managed Services

• Flexibility and agility to deal with constant change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
