Your Career

In this role, you will collaborate with executive business partners in Product, Engineering, and Operations to facilitate strategic decision-making, offer financial insights, and establish operational discipline and efficiency. You will assume responsibility for the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes for these teams. Furthermore, you will be accountable for essential financial deliverables and ad hoc analyses.

Your Impact

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for various Product and Ops teams.

  • Lead the consolidations of various reporting packages to the Business and Finance Leadership.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers of the functions in order to communicate how these drivers impact the strategic and financial future of the company.

  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end/quarter-end close and forecasting, including business drivers and reporting.

  • Provide advanced analytics and develop new processes and tools to deliver impactful and actionable insights that drive decision making and foster scalability.

  • Build, manage and maintain various financial models for headcount and spend.

  • Create self-serve dashboards, for headcount and spend.

  • Partner with cross functional teams on ad hoc optimization projects for internal tools, processes, and/or P&L reporting metrics.

Your Experience

  • 5~7 years related experience showing strong career progression; prior R&D / Product /Operations Finance experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models.

  • Capable of seamlessly moving from the big picture to the details and back. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a distilled manner.

  • Strong team player and independent thinker, with high intellectual and emotional intelligence.

  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task with the willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment.

  • Experience with and/or a willingness to master various financial systems, including SAP, SAC, Tableau, GSuite, and other BI tools.

  • Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance, MBA from top tier institution or equivalent-experience preferred.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $127,000 - $205,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
