As the AC Channel Sales Head, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales channels, to drive revenue growth. You will manage relationships with partners, develop sales strategies, and ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell the company's products or services.


Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

  • [Account analysis by sales type] Participate in categorization of accounts by their sales type and growth plans based on their target business type.
  • [Sales activity management] Participate in the management of the feasibility of the sales activities based on the sales/marketing plans aimed at achieving common goals with accounts (set guidelines for ROI analysis and sales activities regarding ATL(Above the line) and BTL(Below the line)).
  • [Volume management] Analyze accounts' carried product volume, product logistics, actual sales, and inventory.
  • [Risk management] Check for potential financial risks in the account's collateral (limit), orders, and payment.
  • [Retail channel management] Analyze whether the contract, pricing policy, and the product distribution channel are aligned.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 6 years related work experience in B2B Channel Sales, with 2 years people management skills
  • A strong background in sales, business development, and account management is essential.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners is crucial.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective channel sales strategies requires strong strategic planning skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are needed to train and support partners and to report on channel performance.
  • The ability to analyze market trends, partner performance, and identify areas for improvement is important.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise with partners.
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
