Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications in program management and Agile methodologies.
- 10 years of experience in program management and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, with a background in governance and PMO standardization and process development across enterprises.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in leading and maturing a PMO at scale. Experience leading process and tooling changes and driving cross-functional alignment to PMO governance and best practices.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences, representing PMO performance based on business, technical and product metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading a mission critical PMO at scale supporting multiple lines of business.
- Ability to successfully lead large complex programs at a global level involving many cross-functional IT operational teams.
- Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Ability to manage engaging priorities without loss of efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
