In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to provide your own reliable transportation.
In this role, you will:Leverage your interpersonal savvy to grow relationships, persuade others, and influence across all levels within the partner organisation.Strong analytical skills in order to understand sales trends and opportunities which will guide action planning.
  • 5+ years of Retail experience.
  • Passion for Apple, technology, and the customer experience.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others, including peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others to foster innovation.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade key regional and store-level partners using situational adaptability.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, approach problems flexibly, and propose creative solutions.
  • High level of integrity, trust, accountability, and discretion.
  • Strong self motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.
  • Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
