Key responsibilities:

• Works with in cross competency teams to address business needs and system design. Technical solution design and development through implementation, usually focused on onemodule/system/service.
• Conducts code reviews checking for adherence to standards, methodologies and best practices and oversees performance testing.
• Completes documentation and procedures for development and maintenance.
• Develops unit test plans and protocols for evaluation of systems and performance.
• May assist in developing and reporting on program/project budget.
• Perform project estimates, budget and planning. Provides status and reports, including attendance at meetings and relevant presentations on technical assignments.
• May oversee contingent worker development activities to ensure delivery according to schedule, cost and quality.

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
