Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management.
- Experience driving product launches within machine learning, AI or content recommendations products.
- Experience in driving elements of the product development life-cycle (e.g., identifying user needs, product roadmap, product requirements, collaborating with engineers during development and addressing issues that arise, product launch and go-to-market, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with engineering and research teams on Content Recommendations, Large Scale Online Experimentation and Analysis, Machine Learning, Embeddings, Recommendation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with driving consumer experiences, ability to commission user research and collaborate closely with user research through the life-cycle of user testing, working with UX design, and full-stack engineering teams.
