- Ability to communicate in English and any African language fluently in order to work with stakeholders in Sub-Saharan Africa region.

- Demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
- Excellent program management and communication skills with an interest in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, AI, technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated analytical success, with capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- Comfort with ambiguity and agility.
